We are the only property on the West side of Ocean Drive! The Atlantic Ocean is 300 feet East. We have a sidewalk between
the Luxury Condos for beach access.
Our beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The divers love
it because of the clear water, abundant fish,coral reefs, and ship wrecks. Fishermen love it because of the deep sea fishing
ie., Sailfish, Dolphin, King, and Snapper are favorites. Surfers love it because of the surf at "Pump House". Beach
goers love it because of the massive beach area, lots of soft sand, occasional rare seashells, cabana rentals, jet-ski rentals,
parasail rentals and crystal clear warm water.
During the winter season the surf will remain around 75 degrees
Fahrenheit!
